b. Clients Clients may post projects, hire freelancers, and pay for services. You agree to:

Provide clear, accurate project details

Pay freelancers promptly through our payment system

Treat freelancers with respect and professionalism

1. Payments and Fees

DuJobs processes payments securely through third-party providers. We may charge service or platform fees, which will be disclosed clearly before any transaction.

All payments must be made through the Platform. Off-platform transactions violate these Terms and may lead to suspension or termination.

1. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant DuJobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for the operation of the Platform.

You may not post or transmit content that is:

False, misleading, or deceptive

Illegal, harmful, or offensive

Infringing on intellectual property rights

1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment

Content posted by users

Accuracy or reliability of job listings or profiles

Any damages or losses arising from use of the Platform

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DuJobs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that location’s courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” and post the updated Terms. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
