Below are the steps describing our flow of work:

 

For employers:

1. After registering and logging into your dashboard, where you can access application functionalities from dashboard or by the side menu.

2. All filtered candidates will be notified when job is posted.

3. When a user applies to any of your jobs, you will be notified.

4. After reviewing the list of candidates who applied, their application status can be updated.

5. You can select one or more candidates at a time and contact them by email or phone.

 

For jobseekers: 

1. After registering and logging into your dashboard, you can access available jobs in your deisred city and state.

2. Optional resume upload is available.

3. Candidates will be contacted by employer directly with contact informaton provided.
